How to select your region

1.    Choose from the drop down to change your region and currency.

3.    You may only transact in one currency.

Adding items to your cart

1.    Select the size and quantity of the products you would like to order and click on the "Add to cart" button.
2.    If you want to add more items to your order click "Continue shopping."
3.    Once you have added all the items to your cart, select your shipping option.
4.    Promotion Codes can be entered at check out and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise specified.
5.    All orders are subject to availability of items at the time of dispatch.

Governing law

This contract is governed by the laws of New Zealand and such other laws which are applicable in the country where you are resident.

Delivery charges

The delivery charges referred to in our Shipping and Delivery Policy http://www.supre.co.nz/customer-service-customer-service-heading/shipping-methods.html do not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered if that country is a country other than New Zealand. You are responsible for all such taxes and duties.

We may occasionally provide special offers and promotions waiving delivery charges in certain circumstances.  We reserve the right to vary, cancel or extend special offers and promotions regarding delivery charges.


Pricing

1.    All purchases via the website are transacted in New Zealand dollars and include New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) levied under the Goods and Services Tax Act 1985.  
2.    Prices online may vary from prices in store.
3.    Prices online are exclusive of delivery charges. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Pricing Errors: Supre reserves the right to amend any pricing errors displayed due to human error, computer malfunction or other reason. Supre will notify you of any error in pricing and you may elect to not purchase any Good/s where the price has been corrected.


Checking out

1.    Enter your billing contact details.
2.    If your delivery details are different than your billing details, un-tick the "My delivery details are the same as my billing details" and enter your delivery details.  Please note that we deliver to street postal addresses (not PO boxes) worldwide and that you must sign for your order.
3.    You must read and agree to the terms by ticking the “I agree to Terms and Conditions” box before continuing to payment.


Payments

1.    We accept payments by credit card from Visa, MasterCard and V.me by Visa.
2.    Depending on your circumstances, you may have to pay additional exchange rate costs and fees as charged by your credit card issuer. We will not be liable for any costs associated with exchange rates or bank fees.


Security

1.    Any personal information that you submit will be protected by our secure SSL payment gateway server, which uses 256-bit security technology to protect your online order information. This technology encrypts all information including your credit card and all personal information passed from you through our website.
2.    Your credit card purchase may take a few minutes to process to allow us time to confirm your billing information with your financial institution.


Submitting your order

1.    Confirm all the items in your cart are correct, you can edit the items in your cart by clicking "Edit Details" or continue shopping by clicking "Continue Shopping".
2.    Confirm your credit card details are correct, you can edit your card details by clicking "Edit Details" or continue shopping by clicking "Continue Shopping".
3.    Confirm your billing and delivery details are correct, you can edit your billing and delivery details by clicking "Edit Details" or continue shopping by clicking "Continue Shopping".
4.    After you have reviewed and made any edits to items in your cart, card details, billing and delivery details, click "Make Secure Payment Now" to submit your order.
5.    Once your order has been submitted you cannot vary or cancel it.
6.    All orders are subject to availability of items at the time of dispatch.


Order confirmation

An order confirmation will appear on the screen that you have successfully placed your order.


Availability of stock

All orders are subject to availability of items at the time of dispatch.  We do our best to maintain up to date and accurate information regarding stock levels.  However, in the event that any item in your order is temporarily or permanently unavailable after we have accepted your order and at the time of dispatch, we will contact you to arrange a refund, exchange or credit note for that item.  If applicable, we may also give you the option of waiting for us to ship the items once new stock arrives.  We will not otherwise be liable to you for any damages, costs or expenses of any kind suffered or incurred by you due to your order not being fulfilled as a result of the unavailability of any item.


Processing your order

All items in your order that are in stock will be processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. 


Your invoice

You will receive an email notification containing your invoice within 1 to 3 working days from the time you place your order.

GIRL GANG ROBE COMP (comp now ended)

1. The promoter of this promotion is Supré Pty Ltd (“the Promoter”) (ABN 55 002 927 773) of 14 Shepherd Court, North Geelong, Victoria, 3215, Australia, 03 5277 8110.

2. Entry is free and open to Australian and New Zealand residents of all ages. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and the suppliers and agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.

3. This competition is a game of skill not chance.  

4. This competition commences at 7:30PM on 19th December, 2016 and ends at 11.59PM AEST on 23rd December, 2016 (“Competition Period”). Only one entry per person. Late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected responses will be deemed invalid.

5. To enter this competition entrants must:
•    follow @supre_instagram
•    tell us why they want to win; via Instagram (“Submission”) 
•    like the competition post
•    tag 2 friends who they would share their prize with

6. Each Submission will be reviewed and judged by a panel of the Promoter’s marketing and communications personnel (“Panel”). The Panel will judge each response according to how relevant, creative and inspiring it is. All decisions of the Panel are final and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into. The winners will be notified via Instagram on the 23rd December, 2016. The Winners must then respond back via Instagram.

7. There will be 1 winner (“the Winner”).

8. There will be 3 prizes sent to the winner (for them and their two friends):
•    Sleep Robe – AUD $40
The Winner’s prize pool is valued at AUD $120.
The total Winners’ prize pool is valued at AUD$120.

9. The Promoter is not liable for any other additional costs associated with winning this competition or the prizes that comprise this competition. 

10. If any prize remains unclaimed after 5 days of the winners being contacted, the Promoter may deem that the winner is ineligible to receive the prize. The Panel will chose an alternative Winner and the alternative Winner/s will be notified via Instagram 28th December, 2016. The Winners must then respond back via Instagram.

11. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of prizes. Where a prize is unavailable for any reason it may be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value subject to relevant state and territory regulations.

12. Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these terms and conditions. Entry into the competition is deemed an acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

13. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and the identity of entrants. Proof of entry and identity will only be deemed as sufficient at the discretion of the Promoter.

14. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being properly conducted due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves its rights to disqualify any entrant or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this competition, to the extent permitted by law.

15. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law).

16. Personal information provided by entrants will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this competition and otherwise in accordance with contestants’ consent. DIY DIARY COMPETITION (comp now ended)

5.    To enter this competition entrants must decorate their Supré Diary and submit their design by posting on Instagram, tagging Supré and using the hashtag #suprediydiary (“Entries”).

6. By entering the competition entrants automatically agree to become part of the Promoters database, which is also available to ‘opt out’ of once they commence receiving email communication. 

7. By entering the competition entrants automatically agree to have their diary design shared on the Supré Instagram account - @supre_official 

8.    Each Submission will be reviewed and judged by a panel of the Promoter’s marketing and communications personnel (“Panel”). The Panel will judge each response according to how relevant and creative it is. All decisions of the Panel are final and no discussions or correspondence will be entered into. This will take place from all the Entries (“the Draw”) at 12.00PM AEST on 4th January, 2017 at the address of the Promoter and the winners will be notified via Instagram on 4th January, 2017. The Winners must then respond back via Instagram.

9.    There will be one winner in total (“the Winners”)

10. The Winner will receive:
•    1 x AUD$500 or NZD$500 GIFT CARD (depending on location of winner)
Winners will be sent their prize by 9th January, 2017.
The total Winners prize pool is valued at AUD$500

11.    The Promoter is not liable for any other additional costs associated with winning this competition or the prizes that comprise this competition.

12.    If any prize remains unclaimed after 5 days of the winners being announced, the Promoter may deem that the winner is ineligible to receive the prize. A redraw will be picked at random from all the Entries (“the Draw”) at 12.00pm AEST on 9th January, 2017 at the address of the Promoter and will be notified via Instagram on the 9th January, 2017. The Winners must then respond back via Instagram.
